I liked the staff there and the best was the man. He was service-minded and spoke with me much. He was very patient. I was happy about the location near to the river and the many bridges. The relaxed and cool style attracted me. The stuff are really nice! All of them. Comfortable, best area-near to everything, in the heart of the city. Next time in London I'll visit the same hostel for sure!!!.

Breakfast was also good, and even there are 24 peoples in one place, it was sleepable :D. location; it's not as bad as we expected after some reviews here; it's a good place to stay for a night in london if you haven't much requirements;. Clean rooms and facilities, other guests were quiet and considerate. Close to Victoria station and underground. It´s true that if you are a little bit tall the beds can be a bit unconfortable, but I spoke with a real tall one and he told me he could manage. Clean bedding. Staff was very nice. Cheap price. I didn't like that the shower on the 2nd wasn't working properly, it was stopping in every 5 min and the regulation of the water temperature didn't work properly, the water was too hot or too cold. Wifi is quite slow.. in comparison with Europe the price is too high for such a service but harldly you can find something better in London for a good price to stay for a short amount of days. No storage area in rooms, have to keep bags in storage downstairs. Too small rooms for people count in it. Needed window to be opened to brief. A bit boring guest room. But not bad hostel in total. Water went off. In the bathroom there where not a place to put or hang up a little bag on (some little shelf). Maybe the floor in the room could be mopped up. No lift,the stairs are too narrow to walk with luggages.The 3-layer bed is really terrible and it sharks heavily when u go up it. The location is slight far from the underground station. Have to pay for the hair dryers.Not allowed to have food in the rooms. Very bad room. No bathroom. Very expensive. Very unfriendly staff...absolutely in no statndard whatsoever for the budget I was charged... A massive rip off for 120 pounds a night.
