Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of cereals, rolls, croissants etc. Decent coffee, tea and juices. Luggage storage before and afte.
所有评语 » Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer. The room was small, was a twin room for single occupation. It was fitted tastefully and comfortably. Gave a nice modern, fresh appearance. The bathroom was immaculate and modern. Flatscreen tv was great, as was free wireless in the room. The bed was one of the BEST hotel beds I have slept in. Very good night!. we liked the location, the hotel room was just what we wanted,my wife and i are sixty we took two of our grandchildren to london the room had a double bed and three single beds the room was clean and plesent the hotel allowed us to leave are bags there all day. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels of good quality. The shower room was clean and modern. Location is great, close to a good choice of restaurants, shops and public transport. Location, cleanliness and staff were excellent. Fresh renovation, good furniture and bed-clothes, regular and full service. Breakfast is served very quickly - when some of dishes became to end, they changed immediately. Very polite staff!. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Victoria station so everywhere is very accessible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. We would definitely use this hotel again. Lovely quiet location and within a short distance of Victoria train station and the shopping areas.the room was comfortable and clean. There were few frills, but for the cost I wasn't expecting any. I requested about consideration for child bed and I was provided a room with one double bed and two single beds , the situation which was good for my family. Loved the room, albeit it being a tiny fourth floor one. Still amazed you got a bed into it, but very cosy and entirely sufficient for small people like me. Staff very helpful. We were put on the 4th floor with no lift asked for a change as some of us were elderly and were given a huge room on the 1st floor. - walking distance to Victoria tube and bus stations - on a not too busy road so not a lot of traffic noise - continental breakfast provided. Helpful staff, comfortable room. Breakfast is provided, with a choice of cereals plus yoghurt, ham, fruit cocktail, toast and croissants. the location was great - just next to Victoria Station, but relatively quiet. clean good value for money decent breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean. I stayed in a triple room of good size. TV in room, and en-suite bathroom. Free wifi was great. - The room was very clean, with a good supply of tea. - situated in a quiet area. - 5 minute walk from Victoria Station. The entrance was very nice . the room was clean bed linen and towels was extremley white good shower , lovley breakfast. this hotel was everything we were looking for .great location friendly helpful staff and would definately stay again. The Place was clean though the room very tiny but that's what you get in London. Location is good near Victoria station but not much public transport on that street. The room window was so thin, and it was freezing! Toilet was ok. Overall you get for what you paid for in London!. Can't think of anything!. The staircase was old and carpet was outdated and dirty. No lift to room and I was in the attic, but I only had carry on luggage so it wasn't a problem. Room was clean but the toilet bowl inside was brown and could be replaced. The dining room was far too cramped and small for the volume of guests. A much bigger space is needed. This was offputting - and I nearly decided against the breakfast when I saw the queue extending beyond the room!! Update this area please!!! This spoils the hotel!!! Breakfast was perfectly acceptable in spite of being very cramped. we could not open the window more than 2 inches, the room was hot,but there was a fan to use so we did. I was located on the 4th floor and, as there is no lift, it is quite a steep climb at the end of a tiring day and the hallway carpet is very shabby. Very narrow course for breakfast, small choice of tv channels, impossibility to have your own supper in the dining-room (our room was unsuitable to have supper with pleasure). But these all "disadvantages" don't darken our stay. We didn't have any complaints. The amount of space in the breakfast room could be improved as I felt like people were in each others pockets as seating was very close together.the tv in the room did not work properly as you never could tell what you were watching as the tv guide did not work and the shower leaked a tiny bit . Listening to people march up and down the stairs made for a restless sleep, no elevator, so hubby was put to work, staff did help as we were travelling with a baby and had so much stuff! Thanks!. The breakfast wasn't up to much, but again, I wasn't expecting much for the price. Rooms are not designed to tackle summer season, the room was hot equipped with a small table fan , which is not good for children health. I would expect an air condition installed there. Restaurant was clean but doesn't reflect the class of the hotel . Furniture type, their arrangement and table preparation are more or less nonprofessional and sounding like very low class restaurant. Wifi was not available all the time, it was switched off before we went to bed. Steep staircase, but no lift - makes you unavailable for anyone who is physically not young and fit. Shower head should be replaced - mine was static and directed the water over me rather than at me. The stairs. - our room was quite small so not a lot of storage or places to put suitcases - sometimes hard to communicate questions/concerns as some front desk staff could speak very little english. The toast and croissants were cold. rooms rather tiny check out time quite early however, in general the experience was very good. Water kept running cold in our bathroom but was fixed by reception twice. Breakfast room seemed to be too small for the number of people in it, limited seating. Breakfast was limited, mostly cold continental foods. The room tv had a big signal. Perhaps being honest stairs carpet ,stains on the curtains. The bed was too small for two of us. The breakfast was poor. Continental breakfast was held in a cramp, hot, overcrowded room. that is the only thing i disliked about our stay. I'm not happy for many stairs to passed on to reach our room. The plumbing didnt seem to be very good. The water in the shower didnt drain properly and I was constantly standing in an ankle deep puddle of water. The room that we stayed in was next door to breakfast room,so early wake up by the noises. • shower door was broke • room was in basement down steap stairs • room was by canteen very noisy in morning • breakfast was hectic canteen is too small not enough variety of food, no hot food available. No lifts and noisy at night when people walking up and down stairs. Nothing. Heat regulated by time, not temperature. It was a rainy period, and I could not be cold and wet daily until 4pm when heat was available. Maybe in my 20's, but not my 70's, The explanation was that it is an automated system. Such systems can be changed and/or overriden. The breakfast was very basic, and could adapt to make it more interesting. Television remote didn't work very well. Pain handing in key cards every time we went out. Went as group and could only pay on one card, so wasn't easy to split the bill. Tiny ironing board and half broken iron!. No elivators. No wifi in room. be prepared for no elevators. It is cold in the room. Window quite old and I can feel wind from outside. Not suitable for travelers with young children in winter time. Dining room is far too small, not enough seating & seating too close together. As usual very narrow rooms. no communal space outside of breakfast time. My friend was helping to carry my bags, the desk clerk quickly jumped to say we only paid for one person to stay. It seemed like cheap taste to quickly assume my friend was staying, he only was helping with my luggage. No elavator & lots of stairs. because it was hot had window open ,so very noisy did,nt sleep much . Breakfast room much to small, very cramped most dissapionted . Breakfast room was so small and the quality wasn't the best but well it was included.
