  The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were on a night out andit took just minutes walk to the bars and club we went to, it was alsojust a short walk from the train station. Also, the staff were very kindand helpful and even let us leave our bags there after we'd checked outas our train wasn't until late.   We experienced a hotel that was value for money from the day we arrived, we were on a B and B tariff and had excellent value for money. We were in the area to visit friends and found the location of the hotel ideal. Loads of space; good sized bedroom, sitting room with t.v., generous sized bathroom with full sized shower cubicle - as well as full sized bath, and the 4th area in the 'apartment' was a very nice dressing room. It was clean but many areas were 'tired', I think that's the best way to describe them... Staff were friendly and helpful.

  The hotel has a new General Manager and I can't believe the change in such a short time...We've been before and its been good value for money but this time staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be going back. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were bothexcellent especially the breakfast, especially breakfast which was outstanding. The pool and leisure facilities were also excellent and kept very clean. We are certainly planning a return visit in the near future.
