the entire experience, a clean,helpful and friendly hotel and a brilliant English breakfast - would recommend to anyone. everything about our stay was enjoyable.excellent value for money. a good atmosphere. The hotel was easy to find, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and lots of it!. Room was clean and pleasant, staff friendly, food excellent. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Clean, confortable, great breakfast!. It was comfortable
It was warm. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were superb, friendly and efficient. I will stay there again next month. But I don't know if I shall book with you due to the problem above. I liked the easy access and that, but during the day there was alot of noise there cause of construction. price. Location was good for where we required to go. Budget guesthouse, good enough for the price.Quiet, good breakfast, bed comfortable, staff dealt quickly with a minor problem, parked right outside, good windows (sound insulation and airing of room). The dining room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious.very close to newcastle. Shower was exposed to the main room. I found it difficult to print off/follow the directions from the railway station to the hotel. Only had anologue TV (5 Channels). Noise from the street was the only problem. That I think was due to the late boooking and no plan of th rooms on the website. needs some diy attention. Room needed some fixings here and there. Door lock was almost broke. Poor shower (new fittings but inadequate water flow), very poor carpet and furniture in room, dirty wallpaper, 10-15 minute walk uphill from Gateshead interchange for metro. it felt like going back to 60's,plastic flowers. The smell when you walk in the hotel was terrible, linens were very old, shower drain was slow so I was up to my my ankles in water.bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, particularly in the shower cubicle. Room was freezing cold, shower temp changed from hot to ice coldconstantly, room could have been much cleaner.
