The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were on a night out andit took just minutes walk to the bars and club we went to, it was alsojust a short walk from the train station. Also, the staff were very kindand helpful and even let us leave our bags there after we'd checked outas our train wasn't until late. The beds were very comfy as well.

First impression was the reception area really lovely and wecoming .Beautiful Christmas tree. Second impression the lovely staff on reception who made me feel so welcome. also the staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .Third impression the bedroom lovely and warm and clean. This is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel on my own.T

Very close to everything, which was what we needed as we had never been to Newcastle before. The restaurant was great and the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We experienced a hotel that was value for money from the day we arrived, we were on a B and B tariff and had excellent value for money.
We were in the area to visit friends and found the location of the hotel ideal.
My partner and I usually visit Newcastle up to four times each year and believe we have found the perfect place to stay.

Booked a double but we were obviously upgraded... Loads of space; good sized bedroom, sitting room with t.v., generous sized bathroom with full sized shower cubicle - as well as full sized bath, and the 4th area in the 'apartment' was a very nice dressing room. It was clean but many areas were 'tired', I think that's the best way to describe them... Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a new General Manager and I can't believe the change in such a short time...We've been before and its been good value for money but this time staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be going back. The reason I dont think the website is accurately reflected on the
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » website is because based on this visit it is much - Although the hotel was a little tired looking it was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were bothexcellent especially the breakfast, especially breakfast which was outstanding. The pool and leisure facilities were also excellent and kept very clean. We are certainly planning a return visit in the near future.

For a guest house in a large city this was an excellent choice. There was on site parking which is a bonus as parking in Jesmond is difficult It is close to the city centre but also with easy routes to the coastal areas. Having stayed in Jesmond in the past I am aware that parts of it can be noisy with pubs etc but the Jesmond Park is in a quiet l

As soon as I arrived at the Jesmond Park Hotel I was made to feel welcome. I stayed as a solo traveller and the hotel provided me with everything I needed. The free parking was very handy, as was the free wi-fi. The cooked full English breakfast was also great, and the staff who served me were very helpful and friendly; recommending some great restaurants nearby.
The room was also well equipped, tea and coffee etc. and very clean with nice decor. Everything was brilliant!

I booked the Hotel for a Special family get-together therefore having the bars and in particular the restaurant all under one roof meant that we could have a pre-dinner drink, change go to the restaurant and then have the use of a residents only bar afterwards meant there was something for everyone. In particular the menu and staff in Scalinis was
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » excellent! - Staff friendliness, clean comfortable room, considerate chambermaid who left towels outside room when do not disturb sign was placed, the night porter who is always patient despite the behaviour he has to cope with,and the considerate nature of the reception staff when we overstayed our visit by not realoising check out was an hour earlier on Sundays.

Excellent service. Well looked after at Breakfast which was also excellent - The hotel is in a lovely area of Newcastle - the bed was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view from the bay window.
