Even the toiletries and mini bar were well - We booked this hotel for our wedding night and arrived quite late to find the lift broken. My (new) wife is pregnant and the staff were wonderful.   Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.
