  The staff was nice and availlable! The breakfast and the lockers were totally free! The best price and the best hostel experience ever! - The breakfast is excellent ! It is near the center..the staff is very good!

  Great location near 2 tube stations! Quite small and the rooms on the top floor at first was difficult to find (behind 2 fire doors!) Great place to stay with a fun vibe. ATM machine in the building and computers downstairs - Opposite Kensington gardens and Hyde park you can walk acrid the park to Harrods and Harvey nicks

  First stay in a hostel and found it welcoming by both staff and other guests. They even extended my stay and changed my bed to a lower one straight away.   i liked that the beds were comfortable and the fellow guests were reasonably considerate. i liked the fact that i was not treated as just another number and was able to book in my valuables for safekeeping and build a relationship with the reception throughout my stay - The position was great, I never felt threatened in the area.   I liked the staff there and the best was the man. He was service-minded and spoke with me much. He was very patient. I was happy about the location near to the river and the many bridges.   The hostel has so much to offer! The staff are friendly, fun and helpful, the food is amazing (I mean I probably ate the value of my stay money at breakfast) the restaurant they have offers amazing Thai food served with love <3 I will highly be recommending this hostel to all my friends who will be staying in London (and those who live in Londo... 别人怎么说 » n as well). But the thing I probably liked the most is that it was located just by the River Thames, and overlooks the amazing Buttersea Power Station - The location was great. Bus stop to West End outside. Staff were all very helpful. Free parking on site. Nice breakfast. Free soft drinks. Live band on Saturday and a bed to sleep in. Outstanding value.
