We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

  The location is excellent just about 30 min from Heathrow and close to Ealing Broadway underground with connections to central London. Bus service right infront of the hotel. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel. Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.

  Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.   Very good location, a good supermarket nearby. Ealing broadway tube and railway are withing working distance (15 min). It is a good alternative to the city centre when Picadilly line is closed due to works (as it was in my case).
