Absolute gem of a hotel. The staff could not do enough for you, so polite and helpful and genuinely caring. The room was immaculately cleaned. The breakfast was good and varied and standard pricing. The room was quiet and comfortable. Location wise it suited us very well and would be perfect for anyone visiting wembley stadium. The tube and rail are literally across the road, a 15-20min tube ride into central London and you're away.
所有评语 » very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very busy BUT this had been anticipated with enough staff working to cover the demand. The room was big, clean, spacious enough for 4 pax. The location of the Hotel to the Tube was perfect for a London shopping trip. The fact the hotel had a car-park - and how cheap, could not find parking in London at the price charged at Premier. Fabulous.. We liked friendly and efficient the staff were , we were also very impressed with the amount of selection of food and drinks available, and finally we could not believe how reasonable the cost was , we have never stayed in a premiere inn before but we will be choosing them again for our future breaks superb. - Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were very nice especially Mohammed and Lula. - cancellation policy is very flxible. - clean rooms and quiet atmosphere. - Hotel residents are mostly families and professional -looking people. Availability of air conditioner. Staff is extremely helpful (had major troubles with the wifi, and it took about 3 hours to fix it), and friendly. Rooms are spacious, with a nice design. The restaurant (breakfast + dinner) is excellent. There's a subway station + a bus station right in front of the hotel. The staff were super friendly & helpful. The facilities were nice & clean. The underground is really just 5min walk away on a pedestrian path (no road-crossing) & a 25min underground trip takes you into the city (Tottenham court station). hotel was perfect 1 min to metro station and bus stop , very clean , breakfast was good , staff was very helpful , although there is no free WiFi but you have free 30 min daily and a week of 10 pound not far from city center only 25 to 30 min ,. Staff. Everyone was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible. Jasmine on reception and Violeta in the kitchen especially. The room is spaceful and very clean. New furniture. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Good sized family room. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Good hotel for families. Good variety at breakfast. Good location for travelling into central London opposite the Central line. The check in kioks is fast and convenient needs only few minutes to get thing done. The staff is helpfull . The room is clean, comfortable and spacious ,consider very big for a family of three like us. excellent location for Wembley stadium, staff very helpful on advising how to get there. very clean and staff helpful until well into night when people were returning from concert 12 midnight - 1am. The location is pretty good. We didn't try the breakfast as we have to get out of the hotel every day early. The staff is brilliant. Room has a coffee maker. There is a grocery around the corner. Great room for family of 4. Walk 5 mins to Hanger Lane tube. Breakfast was outstanding - all you can eat, clean, fresh, vegetarian and vegan options (vegan sausages and soy milk). Well priced. The service from all the staff was excellent,we have stayed in different places with Prem inns. Would say this was the service you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Well done to all the staff. A great place to stop. Very minor point, the coffee was from a machine and not great. But otherwise fab hotel. nothing really to mention. One night a large group came in and the restaurant was very busy. We had to wait 45 minutes for our meals to be served, but other than that, we were pleasantly surpised. Perhaps the restaurant could be larger. However, the Hotel coped with supply and demand by employing enough staff to cope with the demand. - No refrigerator in the room. - No trolley for carrying luggages and nobody helps in this issue. - Hotel policy which is in the site of letsbookhotel.com states that are all children are welcomed if use the existing bedding. When we arrived the staff told us that maximum number if children is two and what is written in the booking is not their policy. They claimed that policy was formulated by letsbookhotel.com not the hotel. Problems with the wifi + it's quite far - even with the tube - from the city centre. They only have 30min of free internet per day. no refrigerator in the rooms. Location - about 12 stations to the center. Tube stations of Central Line and Piccadilly Line are pretty close to the hotel, however travelling to the city center takes about 40 minutes. We were with 7 years old child, therefore he was really tired travelling too much every day. A lot of traffic to get through to get to and from hotel so just allow extra time for journeys. The door leading to the lift is difficult to open. Need someone from the inside to open. Location is a bit far from town but because is next to to tube station that solve the problem. should have asked some advice on how to get back from Wembley as that was more difficult but we should have thought of that. There is a smell in the room. Very strong stench. Not much things to do in the area. nothing. At peak breakfast time having to wait for a table approx 15 minutes. As it was a buffet breakfast then tables at bar area could have been used to cope with excess demand. Also no hot chocolate at breakfast which kids would have liked. Otherwise nothing else. nothing. There is nothing negative that I have to say about this hotel. Internet is £3 per day. Restaurant gets busy, and cannot order food for the room - you have to bring it up yourself. 30 minutes free wi-fi is too short. I hope it could be 60 minutes. Internet is so important now for trip planning. I purchased 24-hour w-fi for £3 pounds which gave me much faster Internet. Temp control in room broken,so too hot,open window noisey and smokers gather under window. Definitely would choose again if attending wembley but not if I was coming to London for shopping as it is a bit too far out. Wifi should also be available in a room too. Instead at lobby area. Could be a bit more budget friendly. Nothing not too like. Is about 25 minutes from London. Free internet access only for 30 minutes. Alley ways bit small. No change of the breakfast menu the whole week. Heathrow flight path right overhead, some plane noise if room window is open. Breakfast far to busy, Not enogh seating for all the guests. Should set up the bar area early Not enogh hot water for the showers. Bed was a little hard for my taste but that is purely personal taste. The Wifi was not working after I had paid for my whole stay. The very reason I checked into a room was to finish my project ,but unfortunatly the wifi was down for more than 6 hours. Nothing to complain about!. Location: Not very nice neighborhood. Cover on the 'day bed'/chaise longue in room was stained. More tea and coffee on arrival. More wardrobe space. Road noise but that couldn't really be helped!!. We had to have our key re keyed every time we needed to use it after walking all around London with two small children and wanting to come back to the hotel and rest and having to come all the way back to the front desk every time was a little annoying. Nothing. Slight road noise due to busy road outside the front Very difficult to find entrance as road very busy when we arrived at night(England playing at wembley). Nothing it was all good.
