Everywhere was well designed but easy on the eye and appealingly sumptuou - Very friendly and professional staff. Andre on reception was especially helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod Stewart) had been cancelled. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.   Our apartment was exactly as described, loads of room, lovely and clean and only 2mins walk from Canary Wharf Tube station - as long as you use the correct exit.
