Wonderful experience. The view is breathtaking. The staff, Adam, was such a gentleman, he came Sunday 9pm to show us the apartment. Really felt like home. Plenty of TV channels. Plenty of restaurants around. Comfortable beds. The park just moments away with a fantastic playground for children. The kitchen had everything you would need even if staying for a year! A safe neighbourhood too. The concierge was great.
所有评语 » The location was excellent with a balcony directly overlooking the Thames with views of the London Eye, Shard and the Gherkin. The available parking space was a definite bonus bearing in mind the location. Extremely secure with automated gates at every entry point. No problem with obtaining both a travel cot and a high chair upon arrival. We were really impressed with the apartment. The location is amazing. Transport (DLR), restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Nice little touches like a fresh fruit basket and a toilteries pack in the bathrooms. Would highly recommend and will book again when we go back to London. Apartment is very well located in a really quiet, safe area. Wiew from the balcony is outstanding. Canary Wharf Undergroud-station is very near and all the sights are easy to reach. We loved to relax at the jacuzzi and sauna after a long day in a busy town. Everything was more than nice!. The views from the living room were fantastic. Close to public transport and all amenities. The accommodation had everything you needed as well as some nice little extras. I would definitely stay here again. Nice apartment, good value for money. Beautiful view of river Thames especially at sunset. Clean with adequate furniture. Extra sofa bed in sitting room. Good heating system. WiFi is available. We liked that it had a kitchenette and a living room and 2 bedrooms. The view was outstanding! We liked the fruit and water that were waiting for us when we got there. Great apartment with even better views. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean. Canary Wharf underground is within 10 minutes walking distance, Tesco express near by (5 min walking). Wifi is Free Completed facilities & scenic view of Thames from the living room & hv corridor. The view of riverside is great. The apartment compound is good and friendly for visitors. Fabulous location, close to easy transport to all London venues. Everything. Enjoy river view in the morning while having breakfast. Double bathrooms. Clean bed sheet and comfortable bed. Location, safety, size. Housekeeping is once weekly,. The rooms of the apartment are quite tight once all the sofas and tables are in place but given the location could really not have expected much more. Could never really get to grips with the washer/drier as we could not find any user instructions and ended up drying clothes on the rather limited electric radiators. Nothing. There shoud be more mugs and glasses in a kitchen. Balcony not baby friendly but this is not a complaint just an observation. Apartment smaller than I imagined. A couple of minor things: Underground station is 10-15 minutes walk, not nice in cold weather but there is a bus nearby. Bathroom sink too small. Beds too soft for me. The beds. It was about a 10 minute hike to the tube once we found to use Heron Quay tube station, not Canary Wharf. Should be serviced more often, preferably every 3 days. A little bit far from dlr station. The utensils not so clean. No official office in the apartment is not within the apartment. Nothing that a better attention to detail wouldn't fix. Appartment not cleaned during multiple days stay; bath towel not changed. Although has two toilets only the ensuite has a shower. Only one bath towel pp so was essential to wash & dry them everyday! And as its a washer/dryer this can be quite time consuming. Nothing. I didn't realise the whole payment would be taken on booking. Second bedroom was too small. Community gym's unheated ice-cold floor of men's dressing room :). The 15 minutes walk to Underground. No staff support during the 5 days stay. The cell phone number provided was not in service. Leaking pipe and smelly hallway near main floor entrance. Noisy music from river cruise boats at Saturday's night. Beds very uncomfortable Kitchen very small.
