  This was the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. Pristine condition everywhere. I liked the parking availability. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely place to stay.   Everything was clean and fresh, we had a lovely room, a bay window looking to the right you could see the sea. The bed was really comfy and the en-suite was a reasonable size. Steve did the breakfasts which were excellent, I wanted to take a photo but thought that would be a bit sad.   The owners were very friendly, I arrived at 1.15pm and my room was ready, I originally booked a twin sea view , then changed to a double with a sea view without hassle. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

  We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

  My wife and I have just come back from a lovely Easter weekend at The Westdale. The host, Lesley was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, our room was tidy and the breakfast was huge. Breakfast consisted of the full English plus help yourself to cereals, fruit, toast, fruit juice and coffee – all a great start to the day. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes from the pier/shops and bars/restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night.
