  We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!).   We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel.   The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us.   Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great.
