  The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

  We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too.   Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.

It's location is superb, 3 min walking to subway station and restaurants just across the street. It's 5,7 min walking to Natural History Museum and Science Museum. The room was cosy and clean.
