Friendliness of staff and helpfullness whilst remaining professional and courteous. I loved the fact that the hotel concierge was able to look after our bags/cases until our room was ready and for the rest of the day after check-out. Beautiful hotel and great surroundings including a very handy Tesco extra just across the road. 所有评语 » hotel staff were genuinely welcoming and assisted with genuine feeling. We can commend the staff totally on all aspects of our stay and have no negative comments at all. Excellent in every way, will stay there again when in London. Convenient location and high quality facilities. Excellent hotel, room size way above average compared to other London hotels. Nothing to complain about. Will be back.great area of london, ease of transport, food good. location , next to subway. upgraded to suite. Excellent staff, clean rooms and quiet during the night. We were close to the centrum, the bus stops and the undeground station is really near to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, good location and tasty breakfast!. clean big room. stayed at the 5th floor - 2 twin beds - spacious. Beautiful public rooms and size of bedroom impressive.location. Reception staff very helpful and quick, great setting for transport and lots around the area. Room was a good size and comfortable.the hotel was clean and weel looked after compared to lots of other same star hotels. Location was good. Hotel location was great, the tube statuin 50 m away.Great street nearby, lots of restaurants, had to hoose each every night. good neighbourhood.Location. I was put off of using the internet bedcause of a very high tariff. The bathroom is a bit old but kept clean.We were really succes with our stay, we can recomend your hotel to our friends. Lighting in room poor - could not read properly!. Was a little noisy on Friday morning but we were next to the road and it was rush hour so to be expected. Was able to sleep through it so not too bad. Hotel was a bit worn. Shower should be improved.Our room was at the back of the hotel and therefore was a little dark. Our room was in a very noisy situation as it backed onto a loading depot. Small, dated bathroom. Very expensive breakfast and bar. rooms weren't as nice as i thought they would be given that the hotel is a 4 star. 日本でいうベルデスクの女性の対応が最悪。自分で荷物を持ちたくないようで、預けておいた荷物を引き取る際、荷物札を男性スタッフがきてから渡すつもりだったのか、デスクに置きっぱなし。約１０分ぐらいもまたされ、他のスタッフに荷物はまだか聞いたところ、荷物札をもらっていないといわれ、私は切れました。「あの女性に聞いて！」と私が言うと、女性スタッフは「そこにおいてあるでしょ！」と男性スタッフに投げやりに言っていました。最悪。荷物を持ってきても待たせていたことにあやまりもしませんでした。そういえば、チェックイン時もタクシーから降りても「荷物は持てる？」と聞いてきただけ（男性ベル係）で、持とうとしない最悪のベルスタッフ達です。.
