  Everything, we arrived earlier than check in and were able to leave our car whilst we went off into London shopping, staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they couldn't do enough for you, looking into available shows etc. The rooms were spotless, modern and the bed (kingsize) was sooo comfortable we could have slept all weekend, the... 别人怎么说 » continental breakfast consisted of a wide variety of food and drinks, including meats, cereal, fruit and choc biscuits etc. The hotel offered room se - The location is excellent. The hotel is nearby East Ham metro station which brings you transfer free to the city centre at Westminster Abbey/Big Ben. Lot's of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy are just across the street. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, clean with large beds, good TV, airconditioning and very nice bathrooms. I've read in another review the roadside rooms can be noisy, but that was not our experience. In the evening it's also pretty quit on the streets. Breakfast is

  Staff was great. Very helpful on check in, train location, bus location, restaurant, etc. Breakfast was amazing. Normal continental cereals, toast etc, but the all you can eat a la carte was great. It stayed open until 10 s - The staff on duty especially Emmy were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed during the current heat wave the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable providing cotton sheets, fans and even buckets of ice to cool our room! the meals in the restaurant were lovely and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would stay there again.

  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.

There was cattle in the room that we liked so much and Wi - fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back

  the mattress was very good, I slept better then in the usual business hotels in the city center. Ilford surely is a poorer part of London, but the people are nice. Bath room looked quite new and was very clean (I experienced the opposite some days ago in a 5* Hotel für more den 250 pound near the St. Pauls Cathedral). Good connection to the London City Airpor - We loved how quiet the area was, and were it was located from the train station, it wasnt on the night street if was off a side road which we preferred, and we found that the roomwasnt overly big but we quite like our comforts being close, the shower was lovely, my boyfriend didnt want to get out of it... we would definately stay again. the woman on reception was helpful and at night when we couldnt work the key for our room a gentleman soon came to help. i would recomend this hotel.

Plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room as well as a hair dryer and a euro/shaver plug adaptor. Bathroom was clean. Can't comment on use of the shower as I didn't use it. In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.
