Very friendly staff and extremely accomodating. Both rooms were of good size, and in excellent condition. Drinks facilities (tea, coffee, sugar) all present in the room. Table and chair on the balcony. Excellent sized beds and all furniture and furnishings were modern and comfy. SO close to Excela nd very easy access to the DLR underground. -

It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift. He had his coat and bag on, but because it was so busy, he took them off and started to help booking people in. he was so polite and we really appreciated that he was helping out even though he didn't have a duty to do
