This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. Butlers - extremely helpful, friendly, & efficient
Rooms - we stayed at the Adria twice during our European travels, for 4 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. The rooms are larger than I expect in London, the bathroom floors are heated, the decor is elegant and understated, the bedding is extremely comfortable.
