  I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms and decor.   I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and offered some comfort for me to escape from the hospital for an hour or so. The lady I spoke to was amazing even though she couldn't get us in straight away she did ring back withi - The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.
