I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.

  We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money. Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service. The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable. Bathroom is again a tight fit though adequate with l - My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

  Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met.   I have stayed at Hotel24Seven once before, so knew exactly what to expect, Clean , comfortable , nicely decorated rooms, secure off road parking, easy access via coded locks, great value for money. Indeed I will actually visit Bristol more often now as I have my hotel of choice sorted. - We were delighted to find out that we had our own kitchen with full cooking facilities. It's a great way to save money as you don't have to go out to eat all the time, especially as one of us has complicated dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a huge advantage not to have to carry around a key the whole time and not have to worry about losing it.
