I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th
floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to
the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and
helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms
and decor. She loved the garden area and will definitely stay

Extremely friendly, delightfully modern, exceptionally clean, and Clifton is always a pleasure. Local to good food establishments. A seperate but integral ultra modern bar downstairs, with also extremely friendly staff , I always enjoy staying here.

I loved the cosmopolitan atmosphere, the helpful staff, and the specialtouches such as cafetiere in the room with real coffee and real tea, andeven a bowl of fruit. I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.
