  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too.   A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Quirk - I liked the fact that is basically a relaxing, friendly up-market pub with good food and a handful of surprisingly luxurious bedrooms. The staff were young and very friendly, ensuring a relaxed welcome. Great sea views and, amazingly, not a sound from the busy A55 below.
