  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... wat mensen zeggen » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  The people were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.. The food was excellent on the bed breakfast and evening meal tariff. We hopefully will return and would recommend the hotel to others. - The friendly staff and the good food

  A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious. - Good food, friendly staff, good location,good sized bedroom

  Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good self-catering facilities with option for bought full breakfast and meals. Childrens corner and lawns to play on. Only12 minute steep walk downhill to Castle and Town. A bit longer coming back! - First every time in a Youth Hostel, so impressed with Conwy YH, we had a family ensuite room, clean... wat mensen zeggen » , very comfortable. Lovely staff, always smiling and helpful. Great setting and facilities. Would definitely recommend it and go back again.

We also had our dog Marmite with us and they could not have made him more welcome, dog bowls in the room and setting special area in the restuarant and for breakfast.

  The staff team are wonderful. Very helpful and accomodating. Went out of their way to make our engagement very special. Room 2, four poster bedroom was beautiful. Spacious with lovely sea view from large bay windows. Great food and selection of wines and ales. Several brands of gin, and other spirits. Well stocked bar. Quirk - I liked the fact that is basically a relaxing, friendly up-market pub with good food and a handful of surprisingly luxurious bedrooms. The staff were young and very friendly, ensuring a relaxed welcome. Great sea views and, amazingly, not a sound from the busy A55 below.

  Hugh and Janet where wonderful host's and made us feel very welcome. The room was big and beautifully furnished with wonderful views. The food was sublime and the whole experience was brilliant. Would definitely stay there again and would very much recommend the hotel to anyone staying in North Wales. - A relaxed atmosphere, the staff were very f... wat mensen zeggen » riendly and inviting and nothing was too much trouble. We had an evening meal on Saturday and the food was excellent, and at no time were we rushed to vacate the table. The hotel and bedrooms are very tastefully furnished.
