  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... hva folk sier » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious. - Good food, friendly staff, good location,good sized bedroom

  Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good self-catering facilities with option for bought full breakfast and meals. Childrens corner and lawns to play on. Only12 minute steep walk downhill to Castle and Town.   Absolutley everything. Alan and Ian were welcoming, beyond helpful. Quirk - I liked the fact that is basically a relaxing, friendly up-market pub with good food and a handful of surprisingly luxurious bedrooms. The staff were young and very friendly, ensuring a relaxed welcome. Great sea views and, amazingly, not a sound from the busy A55 below.
