Simple way of doing there business. - I was placed in the Portland Street hotel which was conveniently positioned in the centre of Cheltenham. Accommodation was all I required - ensuite, comfy bed, tea, proper mug, biscuits (big plus!), and TV. Was also allowed to take my cycle into bedroom for my own piece of mind.

  Excellent. We love this place and will go back again. Very clean. The kitchen had every things that your kitchen had, even a dishwasher. Washing & drying machine is new. The owner is very friendly. This was areal nice touch. Went into the living room and a full bowl of fresh fruit. Small things always make it a very pleasant stay in a top notch very clean and well decorated apartment. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good temperature and had everything you needed. It was very clean. Had extra pillows and towels which is always appreciated. Its location is next door to an amazing Beefeater where the food was delicious and had won awards for excellence. Also really close to Sainsbury's and Wholefoods.
