I stay in a lot of hotels and you learn that the first thing to do is check everything works, if there is to be the slightest chance of anything being fixed before you leave. So when a light bulb blew I was delightfully surprised to find it instantly replaced without my even reporting it.

  Convenience of kitchen area, laundry, and the space to relax and have a conversation with others. Also, the apts are in a great location, close to town, restaurants, and bus/train station. Greeted by staff in a prompt and lovely manner. The cleanliness of the apts made the stay that much more enjoyable.   Excellent. We love this place and will go back again. Very clean. The kitchen had every things that your kitchen had, even a dishwasher. Washing & drying machine is new. The owner is very friendly. This was areal nice touch. Went into the living room and a full bowl of fresh fruit. Small things always make it a very pleasant stay in a top notch very clean and well decorated apartment. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

From very friendly helpful staff to attention to detail in the room, there is nothing that hasn't been thought of. With so much history and luxury within The Bradley you still get a very comfortable warm feel around the building which can be lost in some establishments.   Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped.
