The accomodation was excellent I have stayed with them twice in the space of a month both visits I had different types of rooms one was a small studio flat & other was a luxury apartment both had great facilities plus the system they use for gaining enter to the buildings is by key codes so its very secure & a unique way of checking in wit

I was placed in the Portland Street hotel which was conveniently positioned in the centre of Cheltenham. Accommodation was all I required - ensuite, comfy bed, tea, proper mug, biscuits (big plus!), and TV. Was also allowed to take my cycle into bedroom for my own piece of mind.

The apartment was good, well secured and nearness to the shopping center. The place was large enough and had mostly all that is needed for short stay. That was our 2nd time of using this facility -

Excellent. We love this place and will go back again. Very clean. The kitchen had every things that your kitchen had, even a dishwasher. Washing & drying machine is new. The owner is very friendly. TVs in all rooms(big flat-screen). Quiet but only 5 minutes walk to city center. 2 bathrooms, 4 beds for 4 persons. Great!!!!! The separate living

Excellent 2 Bedroom. 1 en suite.
Only 2 people stayed would easily accommodate 4/5. King size beds that can be zipped apart to make singles. Loads of Coffee, Tea, Breakfast cereals, croissants, orange juice. This was areal nice touch. Went into the living room and a full bowl of fresh fruit. Small things always make it a very pleasant stay in a top notch very clean and well decorated apartment. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

We actually stayed at apartments on Evesham Rd. , Managed by the same guy Lee, He really went above and beyond his duty to make our stay pleasant, Nice clean apartment, (cleaned during stay, towel change etc. as well) really well located for Horse racing and Bars Restaurants etc. would definitely recommend. 5 stars -

Upon arriving at this hotel it was brought to our attention that there
was no cot beds (which we had booked) left for our room. In the next
breath the lady on reception said that she had organised for a cot bed
to be collected from an other premier in and it would be In our room as

Staff were lovely at the reception. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good temperature and had everything you needed. It was very clean. Had extra pillows and towels which is always appreciated. Its location is next door to an amazing Beefeater where the food was delicious and had won awards for excellence. Also really close to Sainsbury's and Wholefoods.

For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean,warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels on the vicinity. -

interesting house full of quirky antiques with a cosy feel, such as great quality bed linen. Fantastic couple, who make you feel that nothing is too much trouble for them, looking up information on the internet in response to our questions about Cheltenham. Also I agree with other comments that the poached eggs on toast for breakfast are delicious. Only a short 7 min walk to 'The Brewery' shopping centre and town centre so very accessible.

I was surprised when i arrived at the Hotel. My room was exceptionally clean, the decor pleasing to the eye and the bed very comfortable. The man running the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast (included) was very good. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Cheltenham centre. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. -

The place was very clean and tidy and we had a very warm welcome from the owner. The breakfast was excellent and provided at a time of our choosing. I will try to stay there again when I am next in Cheltenham.
