Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. Room was clean, fairly large, comfortable, well-designed, all the amenities you might need. 24/7 ironing room and food service if needed, also a decent quiet family pub next door.
