Thhis was the first time I have ev er stayed at a Jury's and was selected because of its proximity to wholesalers and retail . The welcome on the Friday evening was wonderful so helpful and as an ex director responsible for customer service programmes in over 950 stores was excellent - regretably I didn,t get the receptionists name but she 'scred' top marks for everything - a rare thing from someone who is constsnly measuring customer service breakfast staff were excellent every thing hot or co.
所有评语 » I really enjoyed my stay at Jury's inn Bradford, even though it was only for a few hours as I arrived late to Bradford and had to set off early in the morning. The staff was great and welcoming, very approachable and friendly. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, room was spacious with a huge window. It was conviniently located, parking was next door. It ticked all the boxes and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to stay at Jury's inn. I lived in Bradford 40 years ago and hold it in great affection. Jury's Inn,Thornton Rd was a perfect spot to visit the town and of course Saltaire with David Hockney's exhibition is not far. Cartwright Hall is also full of interesting art: Sonia Ryder and Kapoor. The hotel and staff were lovely especially in the restaurant and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Extra pillows already available. Free Wi-Fi was a big plus. The TV with freeview was great. Breakfast was excellent and didn't have to get up too early since it was served until 10.30am. Lovely bathroom, very smart and clean. Loved the toiletries. Ability to set room temperature to our preference. The hotel was lovely. There was a bit of confusion about the booking. I booked online and rang a couple of days before to confirm the payment the person I spoke to said it gone through but went I checked in they said it hadn't. It was resolved quickly but I was a bit disapointed that I couldn't just check in. Excellent location minutes walk to town centre, AC in room so as very hot it was very welcome. Staff pleasant and helpful bed comfortable, room double glazed so quiet and slept well. What more do you want from city hotel. Even costa coffee in lounge. Didnt eat there as so easy to get out. Clean, comfortable room, efficient and friendly, helpful staff, central location. Because there were so few staying on our 2nd night, our breakfasts were cooked to order so fresh and hot, unlike first night when the buffet items had been there for ages, tepid and leathery. I stayed with my two children 20 year old and 7 years, we went to the Theatre, it was a great location for us, staff very friendly and the room very clean and comfy. I will be returning and will recommend the hotel. The hotel was excellent value for money, the rooms were spotlessly clean, well presented and modern. The location was ideal for the town centre and within a short walk to nearby pubs and restaurants. everything top quality thats all i can say about the jurys` inn hotel bradford. great central location to the centre of bradford` value for money. so clean is the rooms` best hotel ive stayed in . The room my daughter and I booked was clean, tidy and modern and offered a view. The staff were friendly especially reception. It was a very hassle free place to access and close to the trains. Staff very friendly, 3 proper beds ( have booked in other palces for 3 people and have had a double and a camp bed. Also had all facilites for 3 persons, cups. towels etc. Spotless bathroom etc. Central location was great - handy for museums and central square and city centre. Visit to Bradford Industrial Museum and Peace Museum (limited opening hours) and Little Germany area of city. The rooms were brilliant very comfortable. Reception staff were very good and explained everything.the young man behind the bar was very helpful and pleasant.overall I would stay again. Friendly atmosphere, nice staff and very comfortable. Has the advantage of a gym if required a nice bar, good restaurant and a NCP car park next door which is subsidised by the Hotel. For a 3 star hotel this place was rather more upscale than more than a few 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Comfortable with everything you could need for a restful nights stay. Perfectly located. Comfy. Clean. Friendly. Reasonable price. Room service, should you get in late/early hours and everywhere in town was closed! Would stay again x. The staff were helpful in looking after my bags before and after check in, the room was quite clean and tidy, decent facilities (TV, tea and coffee, gym, bar). Staff friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel to the National Media Museum. Cheap taxi fare to Akbar restaurant on the Leeds Road (£4!). The staff were soooo friendly, rooms were immaculate and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Very very pleased. I arrived late and the check-in process was quick and painless. Breakfast was OK. I was sorry to see that the economic crisis had taken its toll on Bradford as it used to be vibrant and bustling however the people remain friendly and helpful. The youger members od staff especially at reception should try to learn more about their city and surroundings so that they can help tourists/guests more effectively. The desk manager was knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of parking. The only thing I was frustrated by was that I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get a coffee. Once someone came they were apollogetic and catered to my every need. Nothing negative highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed bradford and surrounding areas. Cooked breakfast from buffet on 1st morning had been standing too long and was leathery and tepid. Staff should have checked this without our having to ask for fresh eggs! VERY noisy nightclub at the back of the hotel, which went on until after midnight playing awful music and very loud DJ. Nothing to report. nothing. The room service menu was outdated, prices were wrong! One young fellow on the bar looked and acted like he would rather not be there.. the 'morning service' was a bit erratic. There were only tea/coffee making facilities.. I was in need of a pair of scissors!!. The only downside was no immediate parking to check in but the NCP carpark was good value and convenient. Disappointed that all features of upgrade to superior room not available on arrival. After first request got coffee pods, complementary drinks vouchers and newspaper. After second request got biscuits and mini fridge for room. It felt a bit lacking on either hospitality or attention to detail! Bradford not great for city centre shopping or city centre eateries. Dont waste time walking up so called World Mile!?. The restaurant staff were a bit slow, tables were dirty, we went down around 9.30 and the food although ok had clearly been there a while. When I asked for help I was pointed to something as the person kept on walking quite rude I thought. Nothing to dislike. No room service, but this was due to there being nobody available to do so. 2 small points - but they're both personal preference - not a reflection on the hotel. Bed a bit soft - I like a firm bed! Window didn't open very far - I like lots of fresh air!. My son reported there was urine in the toilet when we arrived. It looked basic in places but the price was relative to that. Parking - could we have parked under the hotel in the car park. Bathroom was a bit dark. Smoking at the entrance - the smoke wafted into the lobby/reception area to a high degree - the bar and restaurant were immediately next to this area and we were put off using them because of the strong smell of tobacco smoke. None. Nothing to comment on. Parking is ncp and extra changes almost £8. Not keep on the shower curtain, didn't think they were still used or thin bathroom towels. The coffee machine would not work unfortunately. Not very good for shopping. Wine was ever so slightly expensive. It was fine for a one night business trip. Nothing. Being misinformed by letsbookhotel.com (and this is the second time) that I could cancel up to the 24th May and not told until I had made booking that actually I wd be charged on 24th, £53 approx.I Cd only cancel free of charge up to 23rd. I won't book with you again because of this. No onsite parking and it's quite a walk to the public car park when you are carrying suitcases etc. There were a lot of ladies at this hotel due to a conference we were attending. we fortunately had a very comfortable room which was as we booked. Several of our group however were not in rooms appropriate to their booking and they did not have the same facilities as our room, such as a fridge and coffee maker etc, The breakfast was too busy as everyone needed to be at the conference at the same time and there were not enough tables to accomodate this. We booked as 2 parents and 2 kids (5 and 7) but the room only had a double and single bed. We complained and staff offered an additional folding bed, but there wasn't enough space to put it up. The staff moved us to a different (slightly larger) room and the folding bed was installed (just) in a corner. None. No answer at reception desk when I phoned for directions. Slow check in. Passive staff - no conversation, no guidance in restaurant at breakfast time until asked ( our first time here), cutlery missing and had to request spoons, milk ran out at cereal counter and had to request . "Thin" orange juice. No questions at check about our stay. Coffee machine in room with no instructions to use it, a small fridge with no milk in, would have liked a shower cap in the bathroom. Requested a wake up call, but didn't receive it!. breakfast don't include fresh vegetables. n/a. Extra charge for car park. Breakfast needed to be of a higher quality. Some noise late at night in corridors. Nothing. We stayed in a room for 3 people, but there were only enough towels for 2.
