  This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English. There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways. Staff are polite and very helpful. I've since been back twice.
