I am not given to saying "excellent" to everything, but your hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in, large room, lovely bed, very nice bathroom, etc. etc. I would gladly stay there again. A lovely breakfast. Dinner, too, was very nice. with courteous staff. I had an excellent stay with my two older children and dog. facilities , breakfast all good. would definately go back. sound proofing excellent couldn't hear any planes inside hotel. so good nite sleep was achieved. well done staff.
所有评语 » Unfortunately, due to the late arrival of my flight, I only spent 51/2 hours at the hotel before leaving to catch my next flight. However, everything went extremely well and I would definitely use your hotel again. The concierge allowed us to check in very early and make a specialeffort to help my husband with a complicated credit issue overseas. Thepool was a bonus.Response to service, I requested to have guidance on how to operate the television and the technician was there in a matter of minutes. The Sheraton is a excellent and luxurious hotel. Excellent service. Excellent situated. I have used it before and will do so again.the room was clean and comfortable. exellent service from the hotel staff. great value for what it was. It was worth every penny. Comfy bed, room service excellent, peace and quiet, dinner in resturant,just about everything. Would highly recomend.It is a very pleasant hotel. We will definitely stay there again. Chose this hotel for leisure facilities but could not use them as thetropical swimming pool area was being used for a wedding reception. Airline booked Premier Inn - no room service facilities, only 1 lift worked and could not get anything of substance to eat until restaurant opened at 5pm. On the road that morning since 5.30 am, not at all happy Prem Inn I sat in their lobby and searched for a more comfortable hotel. Came across yours and delighted with price, club room and hotel. The courtesy and responsivenss of the staff especially Sanjwer the concierge. The fornt desk lady who changed my room was also very courteous and process was so short.Close to the airport and on teh Heathrow Hoppa (bus)Stop so a good location if in transit through Heathrow or leaving on an early morning flight. The staff were friendly, curteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the pool area was attractive.reception staff very friendly. It would have helped if the sports bar started serving evening meals from an earlier time.I would have liked a different variety in choices of foods in the restaurant. There was really only Italian. However, I can't complain about the standard of food served as it was very good. We were charged for mini-bar items which we did not consume (in fact, we did not even open the mini-bar). Somebody failed to check the minibar after the previous guest and prior to our arrival. However, it was resolved and the charges were taken off. Still, it was an unpleasant moment and an unnecessary one.the extras were pricy - parking, internet, breakfast - it all added up - bu it was worth it. Getting from the Airport t5. We waited and waited for a number 53 bus tocome along. After 25mins we pursuaded the driver of number 54 to takeus. He was very obliging. The next problem was, you cannot get a 53 busback to t4. You have to go to another terminal and the use internal lhrtpt. We took a taxi which was nearly as cheap as the bus which costs£4.00 each and then you have all the incinve. There was one rude concierge but the front desk staff were great. Perhaps concierge staff need to be a little more accurate when advising re taxi fares.It would have been nice to use the skyline restaurant, but unfortunately there is building work being done, we'll just have to come back when it's finished!. as we stay on a sunday i was disapointed that the la denta resturant was not open.I found that most of the guests were quite rude and did not want to interact when I said hello to them. food and drinks. £15 parking charge for overnight stay. Yes, I did ask for a quiet room at booking which they confirmed they received but then they had put me in a room behind a very noisy construction site. However, I was moved immediately I complained about the noise.The reality is that they should not have put me in that room in the first instance based on my request.The restaurant the night we stayed there was very slow although well worth the wait when our meal did arrive. They did apologise. The restaurant was Italian, so not much variety. Also fairly high end and only open from certain times. Not good for a family. Breakfast and lounge bar menu also too expensive. No garden or outside patio seating anywhere, and as it was hot that would have been nice.Would of liked to seen a different menu for the restaurant, food was average. Food is over priced.
