  Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family. This is an excellent place to stay! - Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

  They upgraded us to 3 bedroom suite at no charge. They provided another unit after the noon checkout for us to use before we had to leave for the airport; again at no charge. The employees were great & went out of their way to be helpful. And they are 100% trustworthy and honest individuals. Would definitely recommend.

  I first stayed at Ascott Hotel in December 2011 with my family. Booked two (2) Deluxe 2-bedroom suite for a group of 9 people. At first, I was worried that we will be over crowded. I was wrong. The buffet breakfast had good variety of choices and was tasty. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable,relaxing and was a bargain at the price we paid for.

  Customer care, even though we were transferred from BSA Suites to BSA Tower, the same excellent customer service was given. The BSA Suite had leakage in its entire building.   Checked on 10/30 and checked out 11/17/13. My stay there was excellent from time of arrival to departure. Location was perfect cause it was across Robinson Mall where I spent alot of time at.
