Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family.
My son has a small accident in the pool and the staff was there to assist and make sure he was taken cared of. A+++ for customer servise. Highly recomm

The hotel is good but its on ortigas little far from manila. 130 P. But excellent location for shopping. Mega mall and ropensons mall and the podum mall and others are there.
The good thing here also they have a very good kitchen and all you need to wash clothes and feel like home.

This was our second stay at the Picasso and we were very pleased to see that some of the small things we commented during our last stay had been attended to. Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

They upgraded us to 3 bedroom suite at no charge. They provided another unit after the noon checkout for us to use before we had to leave for the airport; again at no charge. Located right near Robinsons Mall for good shopping, restaurants etc. Good nightlife too in the local area. Short walk from the Pedro-Gil LRT and plenty of taxis at the mall too. Really safe and secure with 24hr security on the front door to the apartments. Extremely comfy bed. Overall an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great! Just behind SM Megamall Building A, and beside St Francis Square in Ortigas Center, Pasig City... I stayed over with group of friends, and when we asked for additional kitchen utensils (we decided to cook) -- the staff were very accommodating. Great value for money. -

Perfect location for a leisurely or shopping weekend or for business trip within Glorietta area; rooms and bathrooms were clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished and equipped; the gym had modern equipment; the deluxe 2 BR is roomy and perfect size for family of 4; the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had good variety of choices and was tasty. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable,relaxing and was a bargain at the price we paid for.

I like it when we got upgraded from a superior twin room to a deluxe room because there was no more available room that we reserved. Their deluxe room was upgraded and very spacious. I like the size of the room because it's big enough to accommodate around 15 guests if you have a celebration. BSA Mansion has a good location which is near malls. What i also like about it is that they're open for requests and they made it happen. Thanks.

Customer care, even though we were transferred from BSA Suites to BSA Tower, the same excellent customer service was given. The BSA Suite had leakage in its entire building. BSA Tower was right across Greenbelt 5, so no worries. -

It's a nice place for staying in a long and shot time. This is the comfortable room with a kitchen, balcony and pool on the territory of the hotel. The apartment is near an airport that is good for travelling. -

Checked on 10/30 and checked out 11/17/13. My stay there was excellent from time of arrival to departure. Location was perfect cause it was across Robinson Mall where I spent alot of time at. Taxi service was excellent which was right outside the lobby. I work for Hawaii's biggest Hotel/Condominium management company which has over 1,500 rooms

Everything was great the employees were very helpful we showed up two hours early and was told that the room we booked was not available at that time, we said we could wait. They offered us another room a little smaller for less peso and offered to show us the room first. We were very satisfied with that room. The Hotel is also across the street from the Robinson Mall. We both would recommend this hotel to family & friends and we are looking at booking the end of March or first week o

This is best location if you are touring manila. The mall also provided convenience for just about everything you need. The unit itself is very clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The owner and staff are very prompt to respond to inquiries. Highly recommended! -
