  Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family. My son has a small accident in the pool and the staff was there to assist and make sure he was taken cared of. A+++ for customer servise.   This was our second stay at the Picasso and we were very pleased to see that some of the small things we commented during our last stay had been attended to. We now had 3 pillows each instead of one, ball pens instead of pencils, the room air con was set at a comfortable temperature rather than freezing cold. This is an excellent place to stay! - Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

  They upgraded us to 3 bedroom suite at no charge. They provided another unit after the noon checkout for us to use before we had to leave for the airport; again at no charge. The employees were great & went out of their way to be helpful. And they are 100% trustworthy and honest individuals. Short walk from the Pedro-Gil LRT and plenty of taxis at the mall too. Really safe and secure with 24hr security on the front door to the apartments. Extremely comfy bed. Overall an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

  I first stayed at Ascott Hotel in December 2011 with my family. Booked two (2) Deluxe 2-bedroom suite for a group of 9 people. At first, I was worried that we will be over crowded. I was wrong. The bedrooms were spacious, good size living room and kitchen, excellent amenities. The buffet breakfast had good variety of choices and was tasty. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable,relaxing and was a bargain at the price we paid for.

  I like it when we got upgraded from a superior twin room to a deluxe room because there was no more available room that we reserved. Their deluxe room was upgraded and very spacious. The A.C. blows cold.Breakfast was really good, they serve it on the exact time you wanted.   Customer care, even though we were transferred from BSA Suites to BSA Tower, the same excellent customer service was given. The BSA Suite had leakage in its entire building. BSA Tower was right across Greenbelt 5, so no worries. - Good location, breakfast included, reasonable security, friendly staff, large fridge, kettle.

Every person I came in contact with at the hotel was very friendl - Everything was great the employees were very helpful we showed up two hours early and was told that the room we booked was not available at that time, we said we could wait. They offered us another room a little smaller for less peso and offered to show us the room first. We were very satisfied with that room. The Hotel is also across the street from the Robinson Mall.
