  We stayed only 2 nights in Fabrice's beautiful home in the heart of Rennes but wish we had stayed much longer!   Our room was near the back - it was large, light, modern, with a spacious bathroom, good shower, good coffee maker/espressso machine (once we had figured out how to use it). Noise wasn't a problem. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location - walking distance from old town.   The rooms are very comfortable, clean, with well equipped kitchen, staff is nice and helpful, no complications, price is very good, bus station is very near, self-service kiosk for late check-in is great, I definitely recomend it!
