  The proximity to the Train and Bus Stations was excellent. We simply exited the Train station (south exit) and the hotel was there.We went on several day trips from Rennes on both trains and buses.   The rooms are very comfortable, clean, with well equipped kitchen, staff is nice and helpful, no complications, price is very good, bus station is very near, self-service kiosk for late check-in is great, I definitely recomend it!
