The owner--Fabrice--has restored his home, which is the oldest in Rennes dating from the 15th century, in an historically-sensitive style and decorated it with authentic antiques. Our room was near the back - it was large, light, modern, with a spacious bathroom, good shower, good coffee maker/espressso machine (once we had figured out how to use it). Noise wasn't a problem. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location - walking distance from old town. Plenty of restaurants nearby (and a great boulangerie 50m down street).

reception staff were very helpful,the hotel is in a very good position, five minutes walk from the station & any easy walk to the old town.. We did have some issues but on the whole it was a comfortable stay.

Lo mejor su ubicacion está en la propia estacion de trenes. Es un hotel totalmente nuevo. Es perfecto para ver la ciudad ya que en la estacion de tren hay una estacion de metro.La habitaciones son amplias y limpias. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, with well equipped kitchen, staff is nice and helpful, no complications, price is very good, bus station is very near, self-service kiosk for late check-in is great, I definitely recomend it!
