  The hotel was fresh, clean and new with efficient friendly staff at a brilliant budget price. The room was spotless with comfy beds which were cleaned and made up despite us only staying 2 nights.   The setting is lovely and the owners could not have been more welcoming. The studios are larger than I thought they would be and are very clean and well presented. The covered outside veranda is a nice addition with a lovely view down to the lake and over the surrounding countryside.   The location to Mont Saint Michel was excellent. The rooms are all you would need for a night or two. It would receive a perfect score if the beds were comfortable. - Staff were friendly, helpful and as we didn't speak French their English was good. Held our bags in reception when we went to mont st Michael. Very good breakfast.
