  The location was excellent for exploring the Normandy area. We were very close to Utah Beach and Omaha Beach, which was the main reason for our visit. The facility was fantastic and one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. The area was quiet and very beautiful. Our room was clean and large. I have a feeling every B&B we stay at from now on will - What a special place for Americans! The hostess and host (English fluent) were gracious, friendly, good humored, and very attentive to all our needs and quirks. It was wonderful to have a gourmet community kitchen to cook a little supper, and they brought a sumptuous breakfast to our own quarters. The room design has every convenience and comfort; with beautiful and impeccable taste. Plus a really, really darling couple. What could be better?

  What a fantastic gem tucked away but within walking distance of the town. Fabulously furnished by the owner who couldnt do enough to make our stay special. Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine to welcolme us. we were sad to leave and anxious to return.

  We absolutelly loved the place. As some of the prefvious reviewers said, the rooms are actually more impressive then in photos. Many romantic details, the bed is very comfortable, bath supplies by l'occitane, bathtub, tasty breakfast with freshly squeezed juise, beautiful location, and I could go on and on. The property is well taken care and the breakfast are excellent. The rooms were luxurious and extremely comfortable. Each day Eloise gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay there again on another trip to Honfleur / surrounding area.

  One of the best places we have ever stayed, and we travel a lot. The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely well decorated, great taste. A wonderful, big room, with wooden floors, polished and clean and a view on the park in front of the house. Ours looked over the garden on one side and the park on the other side. It was a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling and available for a reasonable time period.

  Vincent and his family were so warm and welcoming into their several hundred year old "fortress". It was beautiful. We are American but live in Italy and travel a lot for work and leisure.
