Convenient to city locations, and highways. Good restaurants near by with nice shopping areas. Nice access to Stratford, St. Mary's and Toronto. Jack Astor's is a cool place to eat just around the corner and the service and food was very good. The staff from checking in to checking out were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean the amenities of a pool and hot tub were clean, coffee in the A.M. was very good. The hotel was accesable to highway and shopping.
所有评语 » We like the location of our room which was on the main floor. Also we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was nice and clean and quiet. We would stay there again if we were ever in London, Ontario again. Convenient location, pool and whirlpool. Good shopping and many restaurants nearby. Clean and good value. Located close to the Forest City Velodrome for enjoyment of track cycling. Reasonable rates. Close to the highway and centrally located to most amenities in the city. We would return if we were looking for a basic place to sleep while visiting in the city. We left some things behind and they have gone out of their way to return it to us. the facilities were exactly what we needed....very helpful staff. Thanks. The manager was a very friendly, kind and accommodating person. Location made for easy on easy off from the highway. Friendly staff, clean, pet friendly, nice pool area, well-maintained, convenient location and a very good value. at the front desk i like very much the welcome and smile of the staff.and really love my stay at the motel. pool, hot tub, rest. next door, friendly staff (Delores) , beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly - close to where we needed to be. Price was great. The staff was great. The beds were very soft, the bed covers looked like they were moved from Florida and were 20 years old and ragged. The coffee pot was right in front of the front door and front desk. Very poor location. High traffic area, inconvenient for people with disabilities especially. I would have like having a hair dryer in the room. The hot tub was nice but the jets could of been stronger. I know the pool was for everyone but the one day we were there and there was like 8 girls in the pool and there were 3 moms there watching them but they didn't tell them not to yell and scream like they were doing while we were in there. Other than that we had a really good experience there and would stay at your motel again. Awkward shower location not designed for taller person like my husband. The room had not been prepared properly and was VERY cold when we arrived and took several hours to become comfortable. I would like Motel 6's to have a breakfast of some kind on the premises or include a voucher to a nearby restaurant. hot tub too hot, jets weren't strong, could have been cleaner around toilet, No coffee maker. N/A. The weather!!!. There was no fridge or microwave in our room, which would have been great. Having a shower was also not the greatest as the hot water was not so hot. In room coffee would have also been nice. rather simple but sufficient; oddly, no pen or paper in the room. The hot tub was warm but the jets weren't working properly. The room was very worn. The sheets were threadbare and had stains (but were clean). The decor is very dated and there was no hairdryer in the room. Many of the vending machines were out of order. On arrival to hotel they had no reference of my booking. Hot tub could of been warmer. Pillows sucked to flat. When I called down to get more she didn't have any to bring me. When we had our showers on the morning the water couldn't drain fast enough.. Think the tubs need drano. ac unite noisy. extra $$ for fridge / microwave. We have stayed at places that where just as nice with alot better price & they had a hot breakfast. We always look for a place that offers breakfast, this is important when you travel for your work. It would have been nice to have some local information available in the room ie: restaurants, entertainment. Hot tub was cold in morning. The hot tub could have had stronger jets. And the heat in our seemed to turn it self down making the room cool down. Was not happy with the hot tub. The jets were not working and the water was not hot. The pool was warmer than my liking but it was still nice. Was disapointed that breakfast coupons were no longer offered to us for the Southside Restaurant. No ice machine on the floor, the pop machine on the floor did not work. The rugs had been steam cleaned in the halls and were soaking wet. The hot tub jets were tired...not much jet action. Asked for a 7am wakeup call, no call received. mattress was too soft and not comfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were a bit small. I had no hot water in the mornibg and they would not live up to the company policy when it comes to unresolved issues. my room had not been cleaned. the staff was very good and had me change to another room. Pool was not working. Staff was so rude and not helping. There were bedbugs. Internet was awful, I used other hotel's networks nearby. There 3 days never made our bed , one change of towels . basic room no fridge, no microwave, no dresser, pillows were hard and the top blankets are old fashion and need to be washed after every visitor or replaced with something that can be washed after every visitor. dam barking dog all night, hot tub was broke ,all vending achiness where out of order ,no fridge in the room then failed to tell us that we could have changed to a room with a fridge,no microwave, took over 20 minutes to stand in line to get towels for the pool ,ignorance of staff when my dad was dying I don't need ignorance from your staff, I asked for an extra pillow never got it its not my fault if your short staffed was just horrible. Room was not particularly clean. Left 'please make up room' sign on door - that didn't happen. No clean towels left. Bed seemed to be 'short-sheeted'. Door card-key only worked for 1st day- we stayed two days- had to go to desk & get another one programmed. Noise from room above was bad - every sound was transferred to our room. This was definitely less than a one-star hotel and not worth the money (even though it was low cost). Did not enjoy & won't go back.
