Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the staff are amazing and likewise the facility. I would stay there over and over again and will also recommend it to anyone weather you are single married with or without children this place is awesome. The atmosphere is great with the pool and surroundings. The restaurant is very appealing. You could happily lock yourself away in this accommodation for weeks. Loved it. Have stayed in winter and summer. Great.
所有评语 » Staff were excellent. The appearance of the main part of hotel and the room nice. Check in and check out were both fast and easy. It was quiet. The price was okay. The kids had a fun time playing in the pool and on the water slide. The water was warm and the room and other areas were very clean. Room decor was modern and nice. rooms very clean and comfortable...easy to check in and out ...very satisfied. The pool area how clean everything was, close to hospital, food. Staff were friendly, breakfast in my room was good value. Everything, room, party space and the employees. I really liked the eye make up remover pads. The room was extremely clean. N/A. Having to leave. There were hairs in the bath tub and something sticky that dirt had adhered to on the side of the tub. Nothing that would make me feel like not returning - just a bit yucky. However, the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable that neither myself or my travel partner slept that night. Because of this - I cannot imagine staying at this hotel again - sleeping is what I was there to do. Too bad really - I have a lot of workshops coming up in that same area. The arcade was not so nice...i gave the kids $20 for tokens and several of the machines ate their tokens or just didn't work very well. The machines that ate the tokens were not marked "out of order". This was disappointing. al good. Not happy about having credit card impression kept on paper file, haven't saw that done in 35 years, debated with person behind counter about it, was told if I scratched out number I wouldn't be allowed to stay @ hotel ,, Not impressed about that!. Coffee was not strong enough, giving guests the option of a kurig would be a good idea, then I could have made my own to suit myself. I was at the back of the hotel, so parked at the last door. I had to attend a meeting the following morning, there are no signs when I left my room to tell me how to get to the front desk/meeting rooms. I had to ask housekeeping staff twice. That was really stressful when I was trying to make it on time to a meeting. We didn't find fault with anything. I would have liked hand lotion in the room.
