Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, decent size, fridge/microwave nice. pool an EXTREME bonus for the cost. Decent food in the attached restaurant. Lots of available parking. Generally clean all around except for Dislike note. The person I was staying with has long worked in the hotel housekeeping department and did a thorough check. Until then, she gave it a 95%. Visit my daughter and family every 6 weeks ,I've stayed at allot of the hotels in London .This is the best one for the money.The outdoor pool is heated and very clean! Large shopping mall across the street ,lots of restaurants within walking distance ,including one in the hotel.Best price I found was with letsbookhotel.com not the hotel dirrectly.
所有评语 » Great value for money. My room was very clean and comfortable. At first we were given a room facing the parking lot that was a little run down. He made a request after check in to move us a pool side room that was just lovely. Also breakfast at the restaurant was great value and friendly staff. All in all a great experience!. I am very pleased with the staff at this hotel. The hotel's staff is very professionally. I want to say a big thanks to the hotel manager for the creation of such a team. Special thanks I would like to say Arjay - a worker at the front desk. His works and professionalism above all praise. We found our room very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a very restful night with no outside noise. We definitely would stay there again when in the city of London. And the price was well within our budget. Thank you. - Great location. Centralized and across the street from a mall. - Extremely accommodating staff. - Relatively quiet at night considering we near a secondary entrance. - Room was clean and fully furbished. We liked our entire experience. My husband had surgery and the staff was more than accommodating. The front desk were more than happy to extend our stay at the same rate. We will be back for sure!!. It is very close to all amenities which we like such as the mall, movies, and bingo. The restaurant is nice but we doot like a big meal every day. Staff were very good and eager to make our stay comfortable, going out of their way to relocate us to a quiet room. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Our daughter is at the university - we always stay here. Great location - good service, clean easy to get to, reasonable price, easy to book. the breakfast was gorgeous. I recommend travellers to take the breakfast for just 5 dollars. Nassim at the reception was very helpful and sociable. Everything was great very nice outdoor pool...mall across the road and several eateries, within walking distance. Overall very nice experience. The front desk guy we always seem to get is the best I think his name is Najim or something like like love checking in when he is there. Clean hotel and room at very good rate. It had it's own reasonably priced restaurant and there was a bar/restaurant right next door. It was a great location for everything we went to London for. Our room could use a up dating but was very clean. Comfortable beds. Close parking spaces. Mini fridge and microwave. Water pressure in shower. room was up to date, very clean , location was perfect and staff was very friendly. Close to a lot of restaurants and right across the street from a large indoor mall. Hotel is conveniently located and has easy access to food, drink and shopping. price was good and location was convenient. one bus journey to downtown. The room was large and comfortable. All staff, from cleaning lady to reception and the restaurant waitresses were smiling and cheerful. As I was alone it meant a great deal to me. The fact that we were moved on request from a room next to noisy occupants to a quiet location. Good attached restaurant with friendly staff and reasonable priced breakfast. The human waste found on the back of the curtain leading out onto the patio. It was not noticed until re-entering the unit after having a smoke. It was obviously dried and old and had been missed several times. Room 261. Newer TVs would be a good upgrade for the room. - Fitness room left some to be desired. I cant say that there was anything that I didn't like. It would be nice if you had a cotinental breakfast in the hotel instead of the restaurant on the premises. The rooms need some updating and repair. Wall paper peeling off in some places and paint peeling on doors. Lots of noise and party people in halls and rooms on the first floor. my room was upon the parking at the rear of the hotel (awful view). Some rooms are just in front of a nice swimming-pool so it s good to know in adance. Well nothing, other than there was a tournament of some kind and the hotel was overrun with qo to 12 year old boys...but overall they were well enough behaved and weren't too disturbing. Needs major renovations patio doors need to be replaced liners behind curtains are holy and need to be replaced blankets on beds have holes in them in our room there was electical plugs with no covers on them and bathroom needs renos also it is time to put some money into these rooms. Nothing. There was no fan in the washroom. Shower spout could have been up higher. No breakfast bar for guests, though there is a ' pay for " breakfast at the onsight restaurant. Pretty much all hotels have a breakfast bar for guests these days and this is an idea they should be looking at. tv was rubbish - firealaram went off at 2am. I would bring my own pillows next time. Room missed being cleaned one day. Pair of dirty socks behind bar fridge on arrival Air conditioning worked well but aging equipment was sometimes noisy. Patio door are old and very heave to open/close. being on the side of building facing boston pizza, to much goes on in parking lot...didn't feel secure...patio door had no screen to let in fresh air. Bathroom sink-stopper did not work. Air conditioner instructiions difficult to understand,so I used fan only during stay. NOTE I did not complain but left comment card on checkout. Wifi doesn't work well, heater doesn't work in some rooms, window doesn't close, equipment other than treadmill don't work in the fitness room, noisy guests. Nothing. balconies made me feel uncomfortable... So make it 4... No comments. No privacy curtain in the room!. Price for 2 nights was suposed to be as per internet $110.00 ,I was charged $150.00,why?. facilities are slightly run-down and could use some updating. Air conditioning was an issue in first room. I wasn't pleased with the A/C in the room as it did not work properly it did not cool the room up, after a while it just felt like hot air blowing out. Shower. The guests (a group of at least 5) next door to us were up the entire night making noise so we didn't get much sleep. Loud voices, doors, tv, and then the smoke alarm! When I spoke with the young girl at the front desk in the morning about this, she didn't have much to say. I could not receive tv stations on my tv set. It was not a major thing so I did not trouble the staff. The first room assigned had gouges in one of the tables and a toilet that was insecurely mounted. I was ready to check out, until we were offered another room. Air conditioner old noisy and controls broken.
