Check in and check out was easy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet...did not hear any exterior noise from hallways or outside. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Location was close to city centre and lots of restaurants. Free parking. I liked the room, the ability to travel over the London Ontario area with ease from my Hotel and the fact that the hotel was located off of the main route, which made it easier to get in and out of the hotel parking lot.
所有评语 » We are business partners. We also celebrated our 31 wedding anniversary. We were glad that the room was sound proof as we would be mistaken for teenagers in love. Thanks to kind staff relaxing swim and fitness room. Beds and Pillows were extremely comfy and Room was spotless... Loved the proximity to everything . we were there for a girls weekend and It was a home away from home... Would stay there again for sure!!!!!. Very clean, friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Although it was off a major highway, it was still very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel. fantastic staff and the room was awesome for me and 3 girl friends to attend the horse show parreli in the fair grounds off York st. Friendly staff.. Availability of Starbucks at the lobby.. And the mini market 24/7.. Clean and new Furniture.. we LOVED the pool...easy to get into and out of for a ***MATURE** couple....Our room was SUPERB.. Strong attention to detail. Staff is very attentive. Quick check in Great price Lovely staff great hotel. Comfortable ambiance and design. Quick processing. Newly renovated. No complaints at all. I would have enjoyed having breakfast included with my room. Normally we stay at Embassy Suites for that reason. Was not able to use their brand new clothes iron and board, the hair dryer or the interactive smart T.V. activity planner with print out as we spent too much time enjoying the gorgeous warm pool. We like coffee in room. Newspaper and excellent cafe with personal T.V. movie must luv dogs. X Loved it ... there were no issues at all. nothing. Little bit far away from the downtown.. We would have like to have breakfast included in the price... nothing. No restaurant or food service except a bistro that was close whenever I wanted food. Basically closes at 11am and opens again at 5pm to close at 11pm again. That's a big gap otherwise it'd be an unquestionable place to stay again and again. Room was dry. the electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. Could not use the hair dryer. The staff could not find a portable dryer. Dried my hair in another room that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Better than nothing....the front desk was nice about it!.
