The service at this lovely hotel was really great. This is a very nice, family-managed hotel. Not too large, but with excellent conditions. A small fee is charged for internet connections, but it works quickly and easily. A great place to explore the 'Great Ocean Road' coast and more! Downtown Warrnambool, with some nice family owned and managed restaurants, is only a 5 minute walk. Good friendly welcome. Quick check in and out. Excellent family room suite ( 1 x room split into 2 ) This allowed the kids to sleep soundly without bring disturbed by the tv so we could relax! The bathroom was great.
所有评语 » Very clean, comfortable, easy to find, good parking and real milk for tea and coffee, not just UHT sachets. An esy walk to town for dinner and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. it's a few bucks more than other hotels in town, but the room feels like a home rather than a hotel. the bathroom especially looks like it's straight out of a modern plumbing catalogue!. This is a beautifully appointed motel, walking distance to the city centre - with one of the best showers we've ever seen! This will be our default motel in Warrnambool. The owner/manager was a very outgoing gentleman who I found extremely friendly, and professional. The location is excellent for a family to explore the city. Very friendly helpful service. Would recommend to others. Clean and tidy new/modern rooms for small country town ship. The hotel room was clean and staff service was excellent. What would of made the facilities excellent was if there was laundry facilities on dire ( we would if been quite willing to lay for these ?. i didn't see any dining room, but the place is too small to warrant one, and is too close to the restaurants in town to worry about it. Free wifi would be appreciated. We found the motel ideal for our stay. N/A. Bed was just a tad firm for my taste, but that's just me. Pillows were too flat with just one, and too high with two, just lumpy and uncomfortable. All fine. the crappy hairdryer... Wi-fi card costs $10 for 24hrs.It is the one thing that is off-putting. Should be a free service. nothing negative, all good. nothing. nothing. Breakfast. A little pricy. I liked it all. Thin wall could hear the family next door having a shower. Not having free Wi-fi. $10 for 24 hrs was expensive and frankly woud not pay that much. Staff was a relief person and couldn't really make any recommendations on where to eat. Suppose that was just bad luck for us. just a motel,one of bed room has not air conditioning,too cold. Nothing major.
