Nev went above & beyond to look after us as we were arriving late. He took our breakfast order over the phone including gluten free, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much Nev & we'll def be staying with you again. The motel was very central to the shopping district and close to take away food venues. The room was warm and cosy and the area was fairly quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We will be staying again.

Warrnambool was a lovely town to visit. City Heart Motel was close to everything and the hosts were extremely pleasant, helpful and always had a smile for us. Loved the owners. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Even loaned us blankets for the shipwrecked show as it was a very cold evening. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean & very comfortable. Will recommend it to my friends. Very reasonable rates and close to the city. Would reccomend to other potential visitors. Heating and air conditioned really bad quality and noisy. They need to update all the facilities. No microwave in the room. Does need new vanity basin etc. Nothing. Parking was Tight. - Bathroom needs updating - tea/coffee facilities - price was a bit high for room offered - not all amenities advertised were in the room?. Breakfast slots needed to be booked. Bit outdated. Furnishings/ facilities were worn. Fly screen broken, place looked a little worn. needs basic facillities no hairdryer, bathroom needs upgrading (tired)it would take little effort to make it comfortable.
