Had everything that we could possibly need for an overnight or longer stay . Best apartment / cabin type accommodation we have ever stayed in . The price was also a big bonus . If ever back this way will definately be staying here !!!! Happy, very satisfied customer. Lady at the reception was very friendly. When I checked-in, she voluntarily showing me the map of City of Warrnambool and location of restaurants. She was very friendly - excellent..!!.
所有评语 » The room was clean and well set up. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was nice to have a simple breakfast laid on but a pity the coffee machine was not working. The staff were friendly and efficient. Location was 5 mins walk from shopping centre The apartment was roomy, clean and quiet. Value for money was excellent. the bed was comfortable, the unit was spacious and the facilities were excellent. the location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful,. The couple in the reception were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet and located just a short walk from the centre of town. The management and staff were excellent and responded immediately to my request for new sheets for the single beds on the second day. We enjoyed the relaxation the convenience of shops all the easy drives to different locations all around will go back thank you all. Is like AIO, we were provided everything under 1 roof You are welcomed with fragrance dried flowers at the living area. Thumbs UP. Plenty of space, kitchen facilities and bathroo the same, very good. Good couches to watch tv. Surprise package and great value. Close to the centre of the city and all amenities. Large, very comfortable apartments at very good price. Highly recommended. Its really a value for money, you nowhere to get such a beautiful, nice and clean apartment anywhere with such cheap rate. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms which was good value for our party of three - a married couple and a single person. Very clean basic accommodation, in a good spot. It was a price friendly, and we appreciated the later check out. Large rooms, hot water, warm bed on a freezing night. All appliances worked well. Thanks for a great stay. Cupboards had satisfactory equipment and dishes. We had 1 night stay only - checkout arrangements good. The location was very good ... When we had a blocked toilet the receptionist was very helpful, having to clear it herself. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, inexpensive & fine for a short stay, friendly staff. The apartment didnt have a dvd player for our children. Huge disappointment! The cleaning was not the best. Stove was extremely gross. Also benches and cupboards still dirty in any places and everything dusty . Light globe in bathroom not working so showered in the dark with passage light on. Just needs more attention to cleaning and your apartments are up there as " absolutely 5 star fantastic " . Well done . The was quote a bit of noise from neighboring rooms. The room was for 4 people but there were only three chairs. However, a pleasant place and I would recommend it. We couldn,t fault it. All fine. Nothing at all!. Mild shock when told that the apartment was some kilometres from the reception. Poor instructions as to how to get to apartment. The kettle didn't work which tripped the power switch, which in turn defrosted the fridge/freezer which made a huge amount of water on the kitchen floor which we had to clean up in the morning, so we had warm milk, hey that was ok, just threw it out. (we did report it at the time). Not enough heating system in the rooms. Carpark bit tight. The facility are used for many years. Cannot use wireless as we are in another place. The kitchen is very hard to use. Because it was an apartment ther wasn't a phone, But you can't always have everything. It was a bit cold, had no a good heating system. bowls for breakfast weren't normal breakfast bowls but were soup or even pasta bowl sized :|, no dvd in the room, but not needed as we didn't watch much tv :). WIFI only near reception. N/A. old looking rooms and furnishings, could do with a freshen up. door lock pretty old. hardly any water pressure on the cold water tap otherwise nothing to complain about. There was no internet connection. air con too noisey,cats hanging at front door,and was a bit hard for parking as cars were parked in front of parking bays. Decor a little tired. The car parking. Wasn't enough parking area. Although plenty of street parking. Not quite central to town as claimed in the title. Nothing in particular. Car parking ,not enough space to park car. The wireless internet didn't connect at our apartment. dated..needs upgrading... An armchair would be a great addition. Only a heater in the lounge room which is not quite enough to warm the whole unit for a winter stay. Kitchenette consisted of a small hot plate in the "bottom" drawer to plug in. Lots of pots and pans but impossible to cook on such a small hotplate. No receptionist when we arrived. Had to phone to be told what our room no. was. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned, inside & outdoor areas.
