  Jenny was very kind, very helpful, and very respectful. I had arrived within an hour of booking after suffering an unfortunate incident on the road and she couldn't have been any more supportive.   Came to Melbourne for my daughter's special birthday. The apartment's excellant location next to Chapel Hill and two tram line stops, the numerous eating places, Coles supermarket and the shopping!   staff were very friendly and accomodating. room was simple but warm and inviting. it was clean. would definitely go back there - Staff informed us of places to dine and things to do while we were staying in Warnambool. We found this most helpful.

Family vote - voted it our favorite Melbourne stay. - I found the room to be at an excellent standard, and the staff, including the front desk, room service and ground floor staff, to be friendly and approachable. The breakfast and room service food was excellent and of a high quality. I also found the amenties within the room fantastic, especially the wonderful king size bed. This was my second stay and I will continue to stay there for any future visits.

  This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and the Reception at the front desk was more than hospitable, very accomodating! I think the place might be haunted! So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird!
