The manager and his wife were very helpful and friendly on the phone and were even nicer when we got there. I will certainly stay there again and would recommend to friends and family. A nice place to take a good rest prior to reach 12 Apostle....very comfortable for 6 of us in the family. close to Iluka Motel for Fish and Chip.... The motel is across from the beach and near restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, have kitchenette, comfy beds and quiet location.

Lovely and helpful man on front desk, very clean and comfortable, great location. Would recommend without hesitation. Three of us liked the location. The motel was spotless and spacious inside. Good for the trip on the ocean road. Loved everything about the place. I would gladly recommend. Where it was situated.. close to everything. Central location, close to beach - perfect!. position was right on the front. Great staff, Cheap price, clean. Very very clean. great location. The bed was comfortable, the decor pleasant, the microwave and toaster were useful. Good position, close enough to the town to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. Close to Restaurants and town centre. Room is clean and comfortable. Layout of the room with loft. Close to Great Ocean road. Proximinity to shops. Good position. Early check out times The staff weren't as inviting as they could've been. Decor a bit dated but clean and neat. Great location although its just a standard motel, there's nothing particularly cosy about it. We did not like the fact that we would have to pay for the Internet. The other two places we stayed had no charge. As we payed a lot of money for one night the Internet should be A MUST. nothing. Sound of water running through plumbing from adjoining rooms. Nothing. TV should be around 32 inch and was very small. Would have been helpful to have the aid of night lights coming down the stairs from the loft. Breakfast was not included and was expensive for what it consisted of, only a continental breakfast is provided. For the cost I would have liked a bath also. Rooms were very dated Price was very high Owner was not very friendly. Wi Fi because i can not use wifi if you stay far from reception. WiFi connection weak inside the room. Barbecue is part of the offered facilities, however you have to pay via slot machine! Then to top off it wouldn't light! Owner was the only one capable of lighting it and he was not around. No couch/lounge to sit on. Even with the Door tag in correctly (even after tking it out and doing it again and again) the TV would still cut in and out. Couldn't see the TV from the table ie Table in a poor position. Fridge opened from the wrong side so had to move a chair each time to get in to open it.
