Everything was really great. The apartment was beautiful, lovely furniture and equipment and the most comfortable bed. The view was the best, the area very quiet, clean and peaceful. Lovely restaurants, fantastic coffees and a great 'pub' just a few metres away on the pier. The private taxi company recommended to us by ACD were fantastic, definitely use their services again.
We would recommend ACD Apartments for a hassle free stay in Melbourne.

I found the room to be at an excellent standard, and the staff, including the front desk, room service and ground floor staff, to be friendly and approachable. The breakfast and room service food was excellent and of a high quality. I also found the amenties within the room fantastic, especially the wonderful king size bed. This was my second stay and I will continue to stay there for any future visits.

We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

The staff were very helpful. The room was great for myself and my teenage daughter. We were happy with the free Wifi. This helped tremendously as we had to spend a fair bit of time in our room due to health issues on my part. We had to order evening meals in for the same reason and they were great. I was able to get undercover parking close to the lift which was handy. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again on a return trip to Bendigo.
