  Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities. You couldn't go wrong with staying here - Loved the villa... 别人怎么说 » s with the outdooor eating area and garden,the outdoor showers were fantastic,the Villa was really clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens,the pool was a good size and very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly.We would certainly stay there again

  I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel. Breakfast buffet is a very good way to start the day.   The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool - We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  We liked the room outside the pool (223) rather than the room we stayed in on 5/6/2013. It was perfect location (both room and hotel) and lovely and clean and comfortable.   Staff were very friendly, helpful & very welcoming. My friend and I had booked separately - on arrival, staff offered to move me to a closer room. When I found the air-con out of order in that room, they happily moved me again.   The facilities were great, we especially liked the idea of the outside shower! Staff were very helpful and it was good that we could leave our luggage whilst we were on a 5 day tour and we weren't even offically checking in until our return from the tour. The location was good just a 15 minute walk to Cable Beach and the bus stop just out the fron... 别人怎么说 » t to be able to go into to town. Even though from the cars in the parking bays it appeared that alot of the appartments were occupied, it was very qui - The location was excellent, lovely large pool for swimming, grounds kept immaculate and bus stop at door made ease of getting around. Staff very friendly and the outdoor shower was fantastic. Would recommend to friends and stay again if we are ever back in Broome.
